As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to our residents, including assessments, treatments, and education. Physical Therapist (PT) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal function, mobility, and quality of life. Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify residents' physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to address residents' needs
• Provide direct physical therapy services, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate residents, families, and staff on physical therapy techniques and exercises
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Current Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Ability to work on a PRN/Per Diem basis, with flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed
