About the Role Executive Recruiter responsible for full lifecycle direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior‑level professionals across a diverse range of clients. The role requires swift action, client development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and successful matching. Responsibilities Manage both client and candidate sides of the recruiting process. Execute the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for senior‑level positions. Develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones. Interview candidates and match them with appropriate opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or five (5) years professional work experience. High adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy and eager to learn new technology.
