Clean Team is searching for an energetic and attentive Commercial Cleaner to support client facilities across the North Branch area. If you prefer working independently during evening hours and take satisfaction in creating organized, sterile, and welcoming spaces, this role provides an ideal fit. Core Responsibilities

Working standard second-shift hours starting around 6:00 PM, your daily duties will include:

• Disinfection & Care: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, office spaces, and high-touch surface areas using designated corporate cleaning agents.

• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and operate commercial vacuum equipment to ensure all hard floors and carpeted rooms remain spotless.

• Waste Disposal: Collect and clear trash and recycling containers throughout the facility, replacing all waste liners as needed.

• Stock & Supplies: Keep designated storage closets organized, monitoring inventory levels and restocking soap dispensers, paper towels, and sanitary products daily.

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with fellow team members and local managers to fulfill all service requirements and uphold clean safety benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

No prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is required-we train you on all standard procedures and equipment usage! Qualified candidates should bring:

• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining orderly spaces.

• Physical capability to stand, bend, and move actively throughout the duration of a shift.

• Dependable work ethic, clear communication habits, and punctual attendance.

• A commitment to following workplace safety protocols, operational guidelines, and product usage instructions.
