Crisis Response

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Crisis Response professional to provide rapid, trauma-informed support to individuals and families experiencing behavioral health, housing, or family crises. In this field-based and telehealth role, you will assess risk, de-escalate situations, and develop safety and stabilization plans while connecting clients to LSS behavioral health, housing, and family services and community resources. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain timely documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation.
