Mercy Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care (Step Down) unit at Fairfield Hospital. The RN will assess patient status, plan and implement care, and coordinate across Med-Surg and ICU teams to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with the care team, administering medications safely, supporting patient safety, and contributing to quality improvement.
