Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER) Shift: Night Shift Schedule: 3x12 Experience Required: 2 Years Weekly Pay: $2400 to $2580 Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on patient acuity Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status Assist physicians during emergency procedures, trauma cases, and resuscitations Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, laboratory personnel, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced emergency setting Requirements Active RN License in California Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Current BLS Certification required ACLS Certification required PALS Certification preferred TNCC Certification preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills Experience caring for trauma, cardiac, stroke, pediatric, and critically ill patients Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to remain calm and make sound clinical decisions in high‑pressure situations Commitment to providing exceptional, patient‑centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr TravelNurseSource
