Wellness Services RepresentativeExpress Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing wellness company to find energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join their team in Georgetown and Hutto, TX.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with both sales and hands-on customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude to every shift and be excited about helping guests learn more about wellness services and membership options.Pay: $15.00 –$18.00 per hourAvailability RequirementsCandidates must be available to work scheduled shifts during the following hours:Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–9:30 PMSaturday–Sunday: 7:30 AM–8:30 PMCandidates should have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts within these hours based on business needs.ResponsibilitiesCreate a welcoming and exceptional experience for every guestEducate guests on available wellness services and confidently recommend membership optionsSell memberships and services while working toward individual and studio sales goalsBuild relationships with guests and help encourage long-term membership retentionAnswer incoming phone calls and assist with guest questions and schedulingFollow up with prospective guests and leadsManage appointments, check-ins, payments, and other front-desk responsibilitiesMultitask effectively in a busy, customer-focused environmentClean, sanitize, and reset private sauna suites after each guestHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio throughout the dayWork collaboratively with team members and assist wherever neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious customer service and/or sales experienceComfortable recommending services, upselling, and asking for the saleEnergetic, outgoing, and positive personalityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask and remain positive during busy periodsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable performing cleaning and studio-maintenance responsibilities throughout the shiftExperience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, spa, wellness, or membership-based sales is a plusFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsMultiple ways to Apply!At Express, we value your time.
