Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Seeking a registered nurse for a full-time medical-surgical role, primarily on night shifts, with responsibilities including providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Key duties Applying evidence-based nursing practices, advocating for patients, educating patients and families, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive work environment. May perform point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, and BLS certification. No prior experience required. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, lifting, and communication. Skills Strong communication, leadership, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills. Ability to evaluate patient needs holistically and utilize clinical knowledge effectively. Licensing Valid RN license and BLS certification required in the state of practice. Additional state-specific licensing criteria may apply.
