Casanova Restaurant is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Host/Hostess, you will greet guests with a warm smile, manage seating arrangements, coordinate with servers, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive. we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
• Communicate wait times accurately and coordinate seating with the service team.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area.
• Assist servers and management as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a positive first impression.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Must be available to work both morning and evening shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
