Home Health Aide Job Description Position Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) Reports To: Supervisor/Care Coordinator ### Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to provide non-medical in-home support to clients. The Home Health Aide assists clients with daily living activities, companionship, and light household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. This position does not include medication administration or transportation services. ### Responsibilities - Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support - Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed - Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, dishes, tidying, and changing bed linens - Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed - Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisor - Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients - Follow care plans and company policies at all times ### Qualifications - High school diploma or GED preferred - Previous caregiving or home care experience required 1 year minnimum - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally - Compassionate, patient, and dependable - Ability to pass background check and any required screenings ### Physical Requirements - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds - Ability to assist clients with mobility and daily activities ### Important Notes - No medication administration required - No client transportation required ### Schedule - Full-time / Part-time / PRN positions available - Flexible scheduling may be available ### Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels of employment.
