Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to become part of our collaborative, physician-led team in Palo Alto, California. This position presents a chance to deliver exceptional ENT care within a nurturing environment that fosters professional development.

You will be joining a team of seasoned ENT professionals, sharing on-call duties on a 1:6 rotation. This role allows for the flexibility to cultivate a subspecialty interest while maintaining a strong general ENT practice. The position encompasses outpatient care, procedural tasks, and surgical responsibilities, all supported by cutting-edge technology and a culture that emphasizes clinician well-being, mentorship, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Fellowship training is optional

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary range: $382,500 - $425,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
• Guaranteed salary for the first two years, with a production bonus
• Eligibility for shareholder status after two years
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
