This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation as we open a new shop in Ocoee, FL. If you have experience working on diesel trucks, construction equipment, or rental fleet equipment and enjoy troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPerform all levels of preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and sensor-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns and equipment failures.Maintain and service: Bucket trucksService trucks/work trucksBoom trucksSmall excavatorsOther fleet equipmentPerform brake repairs, routine inspections, and scheduled maintenance.Utilize diagnostic software and tools to identify and correct equipment issues.Document maintenance activities and service calls using Fleetio and company-issued tablets.Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.Required QualificationsValid Driver's License.Experience performing maintenance and repairs on diesel semi-trucks and/or construction equipment.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance programs.Ability to work independently in an outdoor shop environment.Comfortable using tablets and software to document repairs and service activities.Preferred QualificationsCDL Class A.Experience with equipment fleets from Sunbelt Rentals, United Rentals, or similar organizations.Electrical troubleshooting experience, including: Trailer wiringLighting systemsElectrical diagnosticsExperience using computer-based diagnostic tools and software.Work EnvironmentNew outdoor shop located in Ocoee, FL.Monday-Friday schedule, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.Approximately 50 hours per week.Rotating evening on-call schedule.Occasional weekend coverage required a few times per year.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay: $32-$37 per hour401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysCareer growth opportunities with a growing organizationApply TodayIf you're a skilled Diesel Mechanic with experience maintaining trucks and heavy equipment and are looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent benefits and stability, we encourage you to apply.This is a Permanent position based out of Ocoee, FL.The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Competitive salary and benefits package including 401k matching; medical, dental, and vision insurance; company paid life insurance; company paid time off; company paid holidays; etc.This is a fully onsite position in Ocoee,FL.This position is anticipated to close on Sep 10, 2026.
