Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient settings with one-on-one patient care
• Ability to provide evaluations primarily in inpatient and skilled nursing environments

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Type: Flex Shifts
• Shift Details: 8 or 10 hour, flexible shifts
• Weekend Coverage: Rotating weekend coverage on standby with 1-2 weekends per month
