Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a variable shift position. The traveler will work a combination of day and evening shifts, with potential schedules of 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. Call coverage is required Monday through Friday from 2100-0630, and weekends from 0630-1900 and 1900-0630. Holiday and weekend coverage may also be necessary based on unit needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub in for surgical procedures across various service lines.
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room setting.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective operations.
Requirements:
- Must possess experience with the DaVinci Xi Robot.
- Experience in liver transplant procedures is required.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience.
- Experience in Level 1 trauma centers is essential.
- Certification in BLS and NIH is mandatory.
- Must have experience in either Neuro or Ortho service lines.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, and Burns is preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC is beneficial.
Parking Information:
- WMC permit: 24/7 access with monthly payment option.
- WB and CXS permits require annual payment and are not available as monthly permits.
