Trade Marketing Manager

Partnering with Sales on trade investment planning and promotional effectiveness, the full-time remote Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager will own digital shopper marketing programs from strategy through execution while analyzing promotional performance and driving insights for commercial recommendations. Key responsibilities: Analyze promotional performance and spend trends to inform trade strategy and investment recommendations Develop and execute digital shopper marketing strategies, including campaign planning and performance tracking Leverage Salesforce and Tableau for reporting and analytics to enhance trade visibility and performance insights Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Strategy, or Shopper Marketing within the CPG industry Deep understanding of trade spend management and promotional ROI mechanics Experience managing trade investment and shopper marketing budgets across various platforms Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling Strong collaborative skills to build relationships across Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams
