Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients.ScheduleFlexible shifts are available, with hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.LocationSituated in a vibrant location within the region.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in their health status.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit.Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is required.Preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.Familiarity with Cerner and experience in Medical Intensive Care Unit or COVID ICU is advantageous.Holiday RequirementsThe candidate must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).Additional InformationWe are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all our employees.
