At Verdantas, your career goes beyond the expected, and your work helps build a better world.Ready to shape the future of resilient communities?What You'll Do:Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementationManage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectivelyMonitor project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled, and financial objectives are metIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impactCommunicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting the required quality standardsLead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and recordsWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of experience in substation engineering projects - can be project management or cradle to grave substation designExperience with client communication and client facing responsibilitiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalBachelor's degree in electrical engineeringPMP preferredSelf starterSalary Range: $145,000-160,000Benefits:Flexible work environmentPaid parental leaveMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&D insuranceShort-term and long-term disability401(k) with company matchPaid time off + holidaysVerdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
