Litigation Attorney Wanted (multiple Houston offices) We’re a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Litigation Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, managing a litigation docket with support staff and other litigation duties. Candidates must have strong negotiation skills.
