Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts, starting at 6:30 am

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise with GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners. The position is ideal for experienced professionals who can work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

Prepare and position patients for MRI scans
Screen patients for contraindications to MRI
Select and record appropriate pulse sequences
Evaluate scan results for quality and completeness
Send images to PACS system and verify exams
Respond to patient needs and provide procedure explanations
Initiate IV contrast administration and monitor for reactions
Maintain accurate records and perform billing edits
Participate in the teaching and evaluation of students
Engage in continuing education activities

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

At least 2 years of related work experience
BLS-AHA certification
ARRT certification
