Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies, ensuring each client receives the most effective form of treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create a holistic care environment for all clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and seminars, staying updated on advancements in mental health practices and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
