The role involves planning, staff supervision, clinical compliance, and patient care management. Responsibilities Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. Conduct in‑home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards. Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements. Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases. Administer and oversee IV infusion therapy, medications, hydration, and TPN. Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and negative pressure wound therapy. Qualifications & Requirements Required: Active RN License (valid and unrestricted) in the state of operation. Required: CPR Certification. Required: 2‑3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing. Required: 2‑3 years of IV infusion therapy expertise. Required: Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges. Required: Flexibility and availability for on‑call responsibilities and emergencies. Preferred: Reliable car, driver's license, and auto insurance. Preferred: Home health or private duty nursing experience. Preferred: Sales & business development mindset. Salary $50‑60 per hour, depending on experience and case complexity.
