Sr. Manager, Marketplace & Emerging Commerce

Job Title: Sr. Manager, Marketplace & Emerging Commerce Reports To: Director, Digital Marketing Position Location: Vernon Hills, IL FLSA Status (Exempt/Non-Exempt): Exempt Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Marketplace & Emerging Commerce is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketplace and emerging commerce channel strategy to drive revenue growth, expand customer acquisition, and increase brand visibility across third-party eCommerce platforms. This role owns the performance, optimization, and strategic roadmap for established marketplaces such as Amazon, while leading the launch and expansion of future growth channels including Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other emerging digital commerce platforms. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for marketplace commerce, partnering closely with Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Product Management, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and external marketplace partners to identify new opportunities, optimize customer experience, and maximize channel profitability. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational execution, performance analytics, and cross-functional leadership to ensure long-term marketplace success. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Strategy & Growth Develop and execute the overall marketplace strategy across Amazon and emerging commerce platforms to drive profitable revenue growth. Lead expansion into new marketplace opportunities including Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other relevant B2B and B2C commerce channels. Evaluate new marketplace opportunities, develop business cases, and lead implementation plans for future channel expansion.
