End Date/Duration: 13 weeks (until 01/23/2027)

Shift: Days, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Licenses/Certifications: Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis, hospital ICU dialysis experience preferred, Tablo Hemodialysis experience required

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $52.00/hour

Weekly gross total: $2,280 (based on 40 hours)

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Operate Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively throughout treatments
• Conduct thorough patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access functioning
• Manage all dialysis vascular access types, including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate closely with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Maintain infection prevention and safety standards during procedures
• Work independently to ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting

What You Need

• Required:
  • Arizona RN license (or Compact license)
  • 2+ years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital environment
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
  • Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Preferred:
  • Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical environments

About the Assignment Support acute dialysis care at a prominent hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona, within ICU and medical-surgical units. The RN will independently administer dialysis treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
