Job Description
We are seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Producers to join our team in our Cary, NC office! This is not a remote position. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

Uncapped pay—including base + UNCAPPED Commission, Bonuses, Prizes, and Recognition
As a valued member of our Team, you are eligible to enjoy the following benefits:
$18/hr - $22/hr BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW AND BACKGROUND
$45,000-$85,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
NC PROPERTY & CASUALITY LICENSES - or willingness to earn with training and support
Ability to commute to our office in Cary, NC
Current North Carolina Property and Casualty Sales License – REQUIRED
Current North Carolina Life and Health Sales License – A MAJOR PLUS
2+ years active insurance sales & customer service experience – Preferred
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
