A key requirement for this role is that the CEO can either personally invest a minimum of US$500,000 into the company, OR bring/secure US$3–5 million in strategic investment or capital through their investor network and relationships. Abyss Solutions is a technology company developing autonomous inspection robotics and AI/ML solutions for industrial assets and infrastructure. With our headquarters in the United States, a major delivery hub in Pakistan, and operations in Sydney, Australia, we are entering our next phase of international expansion across the UK, South America, Brazil, and Nigeria.

As we scale from Series B toward Series C, we are seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial CEO who can translate our technology differentiation into sustainable global revenue growth and lead the company through its next stage of capital formation and expansion.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate CEO role. We are looking for a builder, operator, capital raiser, and strategic leader who can work closely with the Board and executive team to scale a global robotics and AI/ML business. The CEO will own the company's overall strategy, commercial growth, fundraising narrative, investor relationships, global operating model, and executive leadership.

Your mandate will include:

• Lead the company through its Series B → Series C growth journey
• Develop and execute the global corporate and commercial strategy
• Drive recurring revenue growth across energy, infrastructure, asset inspection and adjacent markets
• Lead and/or facilitate US$3–5M of strategic capital, or personally invest a minimum of US$500K
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, strategic partners and the Board
• Lead the executive team as one integrated operating unit
• Expand the business across the US, Australia, Pakistan and new international markets
• Build a scalable and capital-efficient global operating model
• Convert robotics and AI/ML capabilities into commercially scalable products and services
• Strengthen the company's competitive position in autonomous inspection and industrial AI
• Establish clear accountability, operating cadence, KPIs and executive-level governance
• Lead organizational design and build the senior leadership bench required for the next stage of growth

• Sustained quarter-over-quarter revenue and ARR growth

What We're Looking For

Executive Leadership

• 10+ years of senior executive leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, COO, GM or equivalent
• Proven experience scaling a technology company through a significant growth phase
• Experience operating in a Series B-to-C environment or comparable high-growth business

Capital & Fundraising — Critical

• Direct experience raising institutional or strategic capital
• Demonstrated investor and Board management experience
• Strong network of investors, family offices, strategic investors or other capital sources
• Ability to personally invest at least US$500K OR bring/secure US$3–5M in investment is a core requirement

Commercial

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale enterprise revenue
• Strong commercial judgment and customer-facing leadership
• Experience converting technology differentiation into repeatable revenue

Global Operations

• Experience leading distributed international teams
• Comfort operating across multiple countries, cultures and time zones
• Experience with global delivery or variable-cost operating models is highly desirable
