Position Overview A dispatcher plays a vital role in coordinating and managing service calls for various home maintenance and repair departments, such as plumbing, HVAC or electrical services. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, assigning technicians to jobs based on location and expertise, ensuring timely responses to customer requests, communicating with customers and service personnel, addressing any issues that arise during service visits, maintaining records of service calls, tracking job progress, and optimizing routes to enhance efficiency. Your work will ensure customers receive prompt, effective service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. We are currently hiring for our afternoon and evening shifts between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday‑Friday.
