Duties Manage complex civil litigation and support all aspects of disputes. Engage in discovery processes with eDiscovery and Litigation Support teams. Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions. Collaborate directly with clients and team members. Requirements 5+ years of complex civil litigation experience. Strong academic credentials and legal research skills. Excellent writing and oral communication abilities. Membership to the State Bar of California required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experience Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation preferred.
