Job Description Screaming Eagle Delivery, Inc. is looking for a dependable Contract Mail Carrier to help keep mail moving throughout Preston, Idaho. This route runs Monday through Saturday is 66 miles round trip and 6 hours a day. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working on their own, takes pride in doing the job right, and likes the satisfaction that comes from serving a community day after day. In this position, you’ll play an important part in making sure mail and packages reach the right hands‑on time and in good condition. Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Hands on Training Vehicle Allowance Holilday Pay Responsibilities Pick up, sort, and deliver mail accurately along assigned routes Follow delivery schedules and complete routes in a timely manner Handle mail and packages with care to help ensure every delivery arrives safely Keep accurate records of deliveries, route details, and any issues that come up Communicate clearly with dispatch or supervisors about route changes, delays, or concerns Represent Screaming Eagle Delivery, Inc. with professionalism and courtesy at every stop Maintain your vehicle in a clean, safe, and dependable condition for daily use Follow all traffic laws, postal guidelines, and company safety standards Adapt to changing weather, road conditions, and delivery volume when needed Provide dependable service that helps keep local mail moving on time Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle suitable for mail delivery routes Ability to pass required background and driving checks Strong time management and route organization skills Ability to lift, carry, and sort mail and packages as needed Comfort working independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with safe driving practices in all weather conditions Basic communication skills for handling route updates and delivery questions Prior mail delivery, courier, or logistics experience preferred Knowledge of the Preston, Idaho area is a plus A vehicle with 120in cubic cargo space (Van, SUV, or Truck with a bedcover/topper) #J-18808-Ljbffr
