Job Description

The Senior Project Manager/Director will be responsible for:

Acting as owner's representative on largescale law firm and corporate interior projects
Managing projects through all phases: predesign, design, procurement, construction and closeout
Overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts and consultant teams to ensure successful delivery
Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and client stakeholders
Proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and maintaining project momentum
Providing clear reporting, documentation and communication to senior client teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager/Director should have:

Proven experience delivering commercial interiors and/or law firm projects
Background in project management, construction management or owner's representation
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling and consultant coordination
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
Detailoriented, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
