The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead and manage relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and their associated entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving next-generation succession planning and will inherit a portfolio of ultra-high net worth relationships as part of the firm's long-term succession strategy. This role is pivotal in a planning-driven culture that provides bespoke investment solutions across various asset classes, with a strong focus on estate and tax planning, trust administration, wealth transfer, business succession planning, and philanthropic advisory. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of wealth management experience, with a proven track record of leading client relationships in the ultra-high net worth segment. The role requires a collaborative and forward-thinking individual who can contribute to the firm's impressive growth and is prepared for increased leadership responsibilities over time. The ideal candidate will be part of a robust support structure and professional management team, and will have the opportunity to transition to an equity partner level profit share compensation plan.
