General Manufacturing Worker

We’re hiring a General Manufacturing Worker to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll support wet chemical processing operations, perform quality checks, and help keep production running smoothly. You’ll work with precision components used in the medical, aerospace, and electronics industries.

This position is available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts .

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $18.90/hr
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM | $19.60/hr

• Operate wet chemical processing and conveyor equipment.
• Follow work instructions and traveler notes.
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards.
• Record process and inspection data accurately.
• Load, handle, and process parts safely.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Meet daily production goals and maintain a safe work area.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and document clearly.
• Good time management and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Plymouth,MA.
