Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent (Telesales)Join the Connexion Point Team!Connexion Point is looking for experienced and licensed Medicare agents to support individuals eligible for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP) through compassionate, consultative telesales conversations. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective members, often navigating both Medicare and Medicaid, helping them understand their coverage options, answer questions, and guide them through enrollment with clarity and care. While this is a sales position, the focus is on building trust, simplifying complex benefits, and delivering a supportive, respectful experience for every individual you assist.What we offer:$18.00/hr base paySeasonal incentive opportunitiesPaid training and AHIP certification coveredNon-resident licenses and renewals coveredContinuing education creditsRemote/work-from-homeScheduleTraining runs Monday through Friday. Once AEP begins (October 1), you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team. Production schedules include at least one weekend day per week.This is a seasonal role running through AEP/OEP.
