We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Commercial Lender to join our growing team in Southeast Idaho. In this role, you'll become a trusted financial partner to business owners throughout the community, providing tailored lending solutions while building long-lasting relationships that help businesses, families, and local economies succeed. What You'll Do Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lending relationships. Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and strategic business development. Meet with business owners to understand their financial goals and recommend customized lending and treasury solutions. Structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans while maintaining sound credit quality. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and collateral to evaluate creditworthiness. Prepare comprehensive credit presentations and loan recommendations. Monitor existing relationships through annual reviews, covenant compliance, and ongoing portfolio management. Partner with credit, treasury management, and retail banking teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships with additional banking products and services. Represent the bank professionally at community events, business organizations, and networking functions. What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial lending or commercial banking experience. Proven success developing new business and growing client relationships. Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring. Ability to interpret financial statements and assess business performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated professional with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a relationship-first mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
