I studied Insurance and Risk Management in college and began my career as a State Farm team member after graduation before opening my own agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Brandon Baxter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
