**Years of Experience Requirement:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience required - Community Hospital Experience preferred **Certifications Required:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Advanced AWHONN and Intermediate AWHONN preferred **Skills Required:** - IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Administration of blood & blood products, initiating and maintaining peripheral IVs, using infusion pumps/drips/IV monitoring - Labor and Delivery Management: Amnioinfusion, assisting with vaginal delivery, circulating for C-section, forceps/vacuum extraction, hemorrhage/shock management, recovering C-Sections, sterile vaginal exam - Work Settings Experience: Antepartum care, community level experience with facility births
