About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Dubois Continuum of Care Community, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including: Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team Providing emotional support and developing strong relationships with our residents Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and adhering to our community's policies Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services providedParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care To Be Successful You must be a certified nursing assistant with a current certification in the state of Pennsylvania You must have a high school diploma or equivalent You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities You must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand for long periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr CHR Consulting Services, Inc.
