VP of Operations

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a nationwide Manufacturing company that is experiencing a growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a Vice President of Operations role near Louisville, KY. The VP of Operations will lead operational transformation, team development, and enterprise strategy.

VP Location: Louisville, KY

VP Duties:
-Direct all functions at the plant including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
-Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to craft long-term business strategy
-Drive day-to-day operations while building a strong culture and executing long-term goals

VP Qualifications:
-Master's Preferred
-15+ years of management/directing experience
-5+ years of senior level management
-5+ years of manufacturing management experience
-Experience in leading and inspiring a high quality team

VP Compensation:
