Distribution Supervisor

What you will enjoy doing*

* In this role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently and eficiently

* You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customers and locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde's quality assurance system

* Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standard

* Train the Distribution Team in all aspects of Linde Safety and Quality systems and requirements

* You will monitor distribution efficiencies and staffing levels to ensure customer delmands are consistently met

* You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations

* Control costs by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selecting the most cost-efficient method of shipment

* Drive productivity to maximize distribution capabilities and operational efficiency, while providing job training that fosters career development and growth

What makes you great

* You must have a high school diploma; a ollege degree is strongly preferred

* Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience, along with atleast 2+ years in Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation

* You will have strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations

* You are knowledgeable of regulatory agency requirements including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA

* Experience working in a Union environment is a plus

* Demonstrated reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

* You have are self motivated with the proven ability to work independently and while maintaining a high level of accountability

Pay range: $63,375 - $84,500 yearly
