Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Service specific commercial lines accounts under the direction of the Account Executive and/or Producer Interact directly with clients, Account Executives, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies, and HUB departments Issue auto ID cards, binders, certificates, and Evidence of Property Order loss runs, MVRs, and E Mods and input information Process change requests and cancellations, including suspense and follow-up Handle audits, including checking rates, ordering worksheets, and invoicing Support Account Managers and Account Executives with policy updates Process new business and renewals Set up and update billing information Scan and input correspondence into paperless files Email signed forms to carriers Prepare invoices and policies for delivery Reconcile fleet schedules Prepare proposal tabs Process agent of record letters and finance agreement quotes Perform general scanning, mail, and phone support Assist with various projects Handle claims intake for the unit Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-2+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred Active Property and Casualty License is preferred or must be willing to complete licensing requirements within 60 days of hire if not already obtained Strong computer skills and proficiency with various software programs Excellent written and verbal communication Organized and highly detail-oriented No travel required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing commercial lines accounts, including processing new business, renewals, and handling audits.
