Supply Chain Planning Eng | East Peoria, IL Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• Facility Supply Chain and Logistics planning
• Analyse the material flow and ensure the smooth and rapid movement of material, from stage to-stage process. Ability to validate flow and capability to simulate the circulation of people and its interaction with material to facilitate the safe movement path.
• Plan, prioritize, design, and execute process planning for core process of manufacturing such as assembly, fabrication, paint, machining, packaging, storage.
• Plan for Every part (PFEP), Material presentation, Replenishment strategy, JIT
• Inventory reduction and Optimization
• Warehouse forecasting and Optimization background
• Control cycles, storage location, Auto replenishment setup in SAP.
• Various reporting through SAP - BobJ, Material shortage, SAP ME.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and support RIW and/or Project Team as required.
• Software Required: PowerBi, Microsoft Office, SQL, AutoCad, Microsoft Access, Teamcenter
