Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN

In this role, you will:

• Direct Care Teams: Inspire and guide Nurse Aides to provide exceptional care for our residents.

• Administer Medications: Safely and compassionately administer medications as prescribed, upholding the highest standards of care.

• Implement Care Plans: Skillfully execute resident care plans in alignment with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.

• Perform Treatments: Deliver vital treatments to enhance resident health and comfort.

• Transcribe Orders: Ensure precision and timeliness in transcribing physician orders.

• Document Resident Care: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in resident charts while conducting thorough nursing assessments.

• Educate Support Staff: Share your knowledge of nursing policies and procedures, empowering staff to meet the care needs of our residents.

• Maintain Safety Standards: Champion a safe working environment by diligently following infection control protocols and employing proper body mechanics.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing

• Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills

• Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively

• Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks
