Manager Trainee

About the Role We are committed to developing future leaders through our Manager Development Program. As a Manager Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations over 10‑12 months. Responsibilities Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service. Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best. Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements. Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals. Provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents. Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience. Location & Schedule Location: On‑Site. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
