Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Michigan

• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results to develop personalized plans for students
• Work directly with students to build fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills necessary for classroom participation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs, collaborating with educators and parents
• Provide ongoing documentation, progress monitoring, and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Consult with teachers and staff to support student access to curriculum and classroom routines
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions that support each child’s unique strengths and challenges
