Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you are a key connection between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays. You work mainly on back‑office tasks but also interact with customers when needed. Key Responsibilities Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion. Verify buyback items, prep for shipping. Update, validate wayfinding and product location signage, including digital updates. Ensure product pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones. Stage clearance products, sort items, and maintain proper display placement to drive add‑on sales. Repair or replace damaged signage and displays. Communicate project priorities and schedules with the Merchandising Services team and manager. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution to store, market, and corporate leaders. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Basic literacy and arithmetic skills. Good hearing and verbal communication. Ability to use web‑based programs. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Minimum lift: 25 lbs unassisted or 25 lbs with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Experience on Lowe's sales floor. Experience with product merchandising, reading planograms, assembling and disassembling displays. Experience operating power equipment such as lifts or order pickers. Working knowledge of hand tools, drills, saws, etc. Travel Requirements Not required regularly; occasional travel for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores. Working Conditions Work may involve indoor and outdoor conditions, exposure to heat, cold, wet, humid or drafty environments, and intermittent noise. Lifts up to 75 lbs; team lifts from 75 lbs as needed; powered equipment used with proper training. Pay Range $16.00 - $16.15 per hour. Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
