Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Psych/Mental Health RN experience
• Active California RN License required
• BLS certification required
• Kaweah Health approved crisis intervention training required
• Strong behavioral health and crisis management experience

Preferred:

• Acute psychiatric care experience
• Strong patient safety and de-escalation skills
