Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC)

Bilingual Teletherapist (child, family, adult) Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week) Join a progressive company providing teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond. We are looking for a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia, who is bilingual in English & Spanish. Applicants with clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply. Job Summary The Teletherapist will provide therapy via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists will have an average caseload of approximately 30 client sessions per week. We offer part‑time positions with a minimum of 7 sessions per week and will work with you to build your caseload. Responsibilities and Duties Provide therapy virtually in standard 45‑60 minute blocks. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to help clients. Be an integral part of MySpectrum. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia; eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels; multiple state licenses are encouraged. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience working with diverse populations. Desire to contribute to a growing company’s needs and client services.
