Job Details Job Location: Master Service Companies - Knoxville, TN 37912 Marketing Coordinator Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Overview At Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, marketing means telling our story, connecting with homeowners, and sharing the results our team delivers every day. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is excited to help us continue growing our brand while making a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social media platforms Responding to customer comments, messages, and online reviews Writing blogs, customer success stories, case studies, press releases, and website content Visiting job sites to capture photos, videos, and before-and-after transformations Coordinating home shows, community events, and trade shows from planning through execution Managing customer review platforms, including Google Reviews Auditing lead sources within i360 to ensure marketing accuracy Promoting our customer referral program through email campaigns Collaborating with multiple departments on marketing initiatives and creative projects We're searching for someone who is: Creative and passionate about marketing An excellent communicator Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated while also thriving in a collaborative team environment Eager to learn new technology and marketing platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field At least one year of internship or professional marketing experience Experience creating digital content and managing social media platforms Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience planning events is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Why Join Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair?
