About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Maintenance to take on a pivotal leadership role in overseeing maintenance operations across a multi-site manufacturing network. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and leading enterprise-wide maintenance and reliability strategies, driving improvements in equipment uptime, asset utilization, and overall plant performance. This includes establishing best-in-class maintenance practices, leading reliability initiatives, and managing maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution. The role also involves partnering with various leadership teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing assets, while supporting long-term business growth. Applicants for the Head of Maintenance position at the company should have a proven track record in maintenance and reliability leadership within complex manufacturing environments, particularly in the food, beverage, or protein sectors. The role requires a strong understanding of maintenance planning, asset management, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement principles, as well as experience in managing large teams and budgets.
