Preconstruction Manager

Locke Staffing Group

Locke Staffing Group have partnered with an established commercial general contractor to bring on a Preconstruction Manager in Flagstaff, AZ.

You'll own projects from first drawings to buyout. Win the work, price it right, and hand operations a job they can build.

Lead preconstruction on commercial projects. Build conceptual budgets and GMPs, drive value engineering, and run the table with owners, architects and trade partners from concept to contract.

• Preconstruction or senior estimating experience with a commercial general contractor

• Hands-on conceptual and detailed estimating across trades

• Confidence leading owner and design team meetings

(, ):

• CM at Risk or design-build delivery

• Bluebeam, Procore or similar takeoff and estimating tools

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar

• Permanent, full-time role

• Flagstaff, AZ, office-based with site visits

• Ownership of preconstruction from pursuit through handover
