Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).This role is open to our offices within Chicago, IL; Owings Mills, MD; Kennett Square, PA; or Washington DC.You must be able to commute within our service area to be considered.Primary PurposeJOB EXPECTATION: Engage in job duties outlined below, to reduce risk exposure in areas of cyber and physical security; and to promote our mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation and shareholder value of the corporation.Primary DutiesManage and oversee security systems and operationOversee system architecture changes, upgrades, and system integrationsDevelop training and systems support for end usersAssess feasibility of implementing security system features and functionalityOversee change management of security system updates and related outagesJob ScopeEnsure efficient operation of intrusion detection, access control, and video systems. Track and identify security system performance issues, effectively manage change in the system environment, and ensure effective integration of systems with IT systems depending on the data from the security systems. Work independently.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related discipline. In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years combination of education and work experience.At least 4 years of security system experience.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.Extensive Knowledge and Proficiency on the following systems: CCure 9000E, ExacqVision, DMPPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degreeTechnical certifications related to electronic security systems, IT networks, and/or physical security protection ComEd
